JIACOFE employs participatory approaches to identify community needs, plan for interventions, implement and regularly monitor project implementation. This is achieved through community reflections by engaging various stakeholders such as children, youth, parents and other civil society organizations. JIACOFE also conducts participatory Monitoring and Evaluation, documents reviews, consensus building workshops, stakeholder review meetings to assess progress, identify challenges and develop action points. Technical input is obtained from district line departments and donor representatives. This process informs JIACOFE strategic plan, project design development and resource mobilization.
